Dear Note 2 Self,
Allow me to introduce myself…Again. Hi It’s me, Patty. I made it all the way up to Day 163 before I stopped writing. The last time I wrote in here was when my son Matthias was first born over seven years ago. Since then a lot has changed, a lot has happened, many lessons learned unfortunately the hard way. But now I put pen to paper again with a new sense of direction. I ended up erasing all the other entries as well since they were difficult to read and reflect on how far off course I allowed myself to go.
Some of these entries will not make sense to some as I try to make sense of the things that have happened. This is part of my healing journey; the good, the bad and the downright ugly. This is my story. It’s time I tell my story. So here’s the starting over, breathing life into these pages once again. I hope you stay for the ride.
